Areas of activity
- Setting up, setting up and operating machines and systems
- Operating, setting up and programming CNC lathes and milling machines
- CNC milling cutter e.g. Heidenhain control
- CNC lathe e.g. Siemens control
- Manufacture and reworking of components according to technical drawings in compliance with tolerances, quality and deadlines
- Carrying out quality and dimensional controls and their documentation
- Cleaning, servicing and maintenance of the machines
- Independent implementation of minor maintenance work
- Independent elimination of minor faults in the systems
Qualification
- Completed training as a machine operator or comparable qualification
- Independent and responsible way of working
- Teamwork
- Several years of professional experience as a CNC milling machine
- Several years of professional experience as a CNC lathe operator
- Experience in creating CNC programs
- Experience in machining large complex components and reading drawings
